(More customer reviews)I love potato leek soup, and when I saw this mix I bought it on a whim. This soup far exceeded my expectations. The spices were perfect, as soon as I opened the package I could smell the quality. The soup was really easy to make, just add chicken stock and some sort of cream. I used half and half, but next time I'm going try a low fat milk. I would recommend adding the suggested potatoes for a heartier soup. Remember to salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Serve with crusty bread and a green salad for a gourmet meal!
