(More customer reviews)My son bought me two packages of this with his Amazon Prime. It arrived today nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the taste is revolting. It is made with dried potatoes to start with, vegetable shortening instead of butter, and has sorbic acid as a preservative. It is just horrible. If you've ever had the real lefse, you will never like this. I you haven't had real lefse, please know this is NOT even close.
If you're considering purchasing this, please just back out and grab a cookbook. Even the worst cook in the world could do better than this!
