This is a very creamy soup, very thick. There are plenty of big and small chunks of potato. The flavor of garlic really stands out, it is very tasty. You WILL have some serious garlic breath afterward! This soup tastes pretty salty, that's my only complaint. As I worked my way through, the salt got a little more intense than I like.
The ingredients are good, no artificial items to make you wonder what you're eating. The sea salt is better than table salt, though it is still a high sodium food. There is also quite a bit of fat (including saturated), so it shouldn't be something eaten regularly if you're watching fat intakes.
All in all, Creamy Potato with Roasted Garlic is a very tasty and hearty soup that quickly fills you up and gives you a real kick with that garlic.
