(More customer reviews)We have had these before but, bought them from a B&M store , and were not certain how they would arrive and no one on the phone could tell us. So I will tell you. They are packed in an ice chest type crate with ice packs , and because it is winter, we had no problems with our second order, everything was frozen. Our first order was lost in transit, but did arrive 8 days later than expected. Amazon replaced it, becuase we were afraid to eat it. We orderd several of the Conte's products. They are actually very good, this one was a big hit , and everyone enjoyed the pizza. All and all a good experience , and good food.
