(More customer reviews)If you're going to be baking this in your bread machine, then sharing it with friends/family right away, it's yummy with a dab of butter. However, if you let it cool and put it away for the night, it becomes too dense to enjoy, and the flavor changes significantly with the dill.
I tried toasting it on day 2, and it still has far too much of the stale dill flavor to work.
Most other potato breads I've made have been light, fluffy, and exceptionally soft -- this one is not.
These mixes are more expensive than some of the other brands, and makes a much smaller loaf than I'd expected, too -- so I'll be passing on this one in the future.
