(More customer reviews)I ordered this julienne peeler because I thought I would prefer this angle of peeling (it's used like a potato peeler)--and I do. I can create a full bowl or two of zucchini or cucumber "pasta" with it easily. Any more and I'd be tempted to get a spiralizer, but, being a minimalist, I love this gadget. The teeth are very sharp, so I do keep the plastic cover on while it's in the drawer and ease it on/off carefully. Quick delivery & great price, too!
