The utensil drawer was especially troublesome - crammed full and so disorganized. I measured the utensils and the drawer carefully, discarded items I didn't really need, and went to the container store. After installing all the new wonderful separators and containers, I started placing all the utensils into their new homes. But the potato masher - too big - the drawer wouldn't close.
So I started looking for a smaller masher but to my dismay, they've grown even larger over the years. So I thought why not give this mini model a try?
I just used it for the first time this week - what an amazing difference this masher made to my mashed potatoes. They were so much smoother. The oval head shape gets into all the pot's curves. This masher took far fewer strokes and produced such a superior result. I highly recommend this masher for those with limited space.
