(More customer reviews)I've had this spaetzle maker for a couple years now, and I like it. I've been skeptical of the 'grater-style' makers because my batter seems like it would be too thick for that to work. (One grater-style reviewer with Swiss credentials suggested that it needed a pusher to force the batter through the holes.) With this one, I put a scoop of batter on the maker, then use the scraper to push it through. It's a little bit messy and it's a bit of work, but it makes great spaetzle! I'm considering getting the rotary style maker to see how it compares.
