(More customer reviews)This unit is incredibly sharp and does a great job, however, the flimsy plastic holder for the ceramic blade simply will not hold up and easily breaks, making the unit worthless after a few uses. I cannot condemn this product alone as every ceramic blade unit I have bought seems to be built this way. The online picture suggested it was built differently but on arrival I found it was not.
Ceramic blades are great, but they need to be better mounted.
