(More customer reviews)I saw this style ricer being used on America's Test Kitchen and wanted one for myself. The usual ricer has a smaller bowl for the vegetable and a small round area with holes. I can rice more faster with better leverage in this one. Does vegetables that are soft enough and not stringy. It can be opened and washed in the dishwasher on the top shelf.
