(More customer reviews)I just received this today and was anxious to put it to use... opened the box and was surprised... where were the stainless steel blades mentioned in the description?? It was entirely made of plastic, blades - yep plastic. I nearly packaged it back up immediately -- but then since it was here, I decided to see if it worked. So I pulled out a potato and started to grate it... and yes. It works. It works quite well. I don't know if the plastic blades will hold up over time - I'm very interested in knowing if the other reviews on here were also plastic blades or is this a new "improvement."
