(More customer reviews)I have an old family recipe for Potato Kluskis that calls for grated potatoes. The potatoes have always been grated by hand which is time consuming and laborious. I could never find a food processor or gadget that could provide the same results as the hand grating required for this recipe. This electric grater really works and it is fast and effective. It does a one potato in about 3 seconds. The results are just as good or better than doing it by hand. You get what you pay for and more with this gadget. Well worth it to me.
