(More customer reviews)This press is well-built and solid. It is all one piece, not designed to take apart. Most importantly, it works very well. The handles are fairly long, allowing you to process some pretty stiff spaetzle dough. The only downside is that cleaning can be a little tricky even with large sinks (precisely because the handles are so long and it does not come apart)
